We grow Butterhead lettuce (green and red) and also curly varieties (Batavia). The Batavia type has a firm and crispy texture, with more wavy or curly leafs depending on the variety of each period of the year. The Butterhead lettuce is well-known because of its tenderness and buttery flavour.

We grow salad all year round. The minimum size is 250g per unit.

Maximum freshness. This production is concentrated in the fields closer to our packaging facilities for us to have a quick response to our customers’ orders, reaching the retailer’s shelves within 30 hours of when the lettuces are harvested.
