At Horsal Cooperative we produce the “salad tomato”, green collar varieties, that is, the fruit turns progressively red from bottom to top, reaching a tasty and juicy point for consumption even with the collar still green.

All the production is carried out in greenhouses, with biological control for the main crop pests.

If agreed in advance with customers interested in them, we also produce local varieties, such as “Black from Santiago”, which has a shorter shelf-life and is more sensitive to manipulation and transport, but delicious.

Season: from June to October.
