1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website horsalcoop.com by HORSAL, S.C.G., with registered address at O Pardiño, nº 10 B, Vilariño, 36633 Cambados (Pontevedra), Spain, and contact email address horsal@horsalscg.com

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

HORSAL, S.C.G. markets fresh horticultural products and other products related to the cooperative’s agricultural activity.

All products offered are subject to availability. Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of certain products, variations in weight, size, colour, or appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

The photographs displayed in the online store are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Purchase process

To make a purchase, the user must select the desired products and follow the purchasing procedure established on the website.

Once the order has been completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing a summary of the purchase made.

HORSAL, S.C.G. reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in the event of technical errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include all legally applicable taxes.

Shipping costs will be indicated separately before the purchase process is completed.

HORSAL, S.C.G. may modify prices at any time, although such modifications shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payment methods

Customers may make payments using the payment methods available on the website at any given time.

Transactions shall be processed through secure payment platforms.

HORSAL, S.C.G. does not store customers’ complete banking details unless the user expressly authorises such functionality when available.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders shall be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of HORSAL, S.C.G., including logistical incidents, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Customers must check the condition of the order upon receipt and report any issue within a maximum period of 24 hours from delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including fresh and perishable horticultural products.

However, if the product received is damaged, has deteriorated due to transport, or does not correspond to the order placed, the customer must notify HORSAL, S.C.G. within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted via email to horsal@horsalscg.com indicating the order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Where necessary, additional documentation or photographs may be requested to verify the incident.

9. Liability

HORSAL, S.C.G. shall not be liable for damages resulting from the improper use of the products supplied.

Likewise, HORSAL, S.C.G. shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Data protection

Personal data provided by users shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals having jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations.
